BENDING ROOM
In this area we find several fire pits with oak scraps and the main oven.
The barrel will remain in the fire for 45 minutes before moving on to the main oven, where it will take its final shape by closing its bottom through mechanical traction with the help of a cable.
Once shaped, the barrel ends the process in the oven to get the proper toasting indicated by the costumer (medium light, medium or medium high).
