TOASTING
The toasting of the interior of the casks is perhaps the most important moment of the process, as it is thanks to this that the final flavours, aromas, and nuances of the product are obtained. For this reason, we always use offcuts of oak as the sole source of energy for our ovens, achieving the level of toasting required by the client according to the intended use of the cask.
